Redlands Parking Citations

Tustin-based Turbo Data Systems contracts with the City of Redlands to handle all parking citation processing. Members of the public may pay parking citations by credit card over the phone at 1-800-553-4412 or online at www.pticket.com, as well as mailing a check or money order to City of Redlands, PO Box 2081, Tustin, CA 92781-2081. You can also request to contest citations or check the status of your citation by phone or online. The initial review of any request to contest a citation will be handled by a city employee. Information on paying or contesting your citation is also included on your copy of the citation.

Under state law, unpaid parking citations are attached to the vehicle’s DMV records. Vehicles cannot be registered until the citation is removed.
