Public Tree Encroachment Permit

An application is required to be submitted for any tree encroachment permit. This application is available from the Quality of Life Department or may be downloaded. The application form is a fillable PDF file. You may type the required information on the form on your computer, print it, sign it and submit it to the Quality of Life Department for processing.

The Quality of Life Department will review the application and issue the encroachment permit if all conditions are met and approved.
