GROUP 1 USERS
NO RESERVATION NOR USE FEE.

CITY OF REDLANDS - City personnel (for departmental, city and/or regional use), and other public agencies with reciprocal agreements.

 

GROUP 2 USERS
SCHEDULE OF FEES
RESERVATION OF PARK FACILITIES

 

The following fees are established for reservations of parks and park facilities and are paid by all GROUP 2 users.

ALL PARK AND FACILITY RESERVATIONS OR PERMITS

All reservations or permits for use by fifty or more persons, use of amplified sound, and use of alternative power

 

Reservation and/or Permit Fee = $31.00
Clean-up deposit - up to 50 persons = $100.00
Clean-up deposit - 51 to 150 persons = $200.00
Clean-up deposit - 151 or more persons = $300.00

In addition to the park and facility reservation or permit fee, the following reservation fee shall be paid for specific facilities listed below:

SYLVAN PARK

 

Section A (Group picnic) Tables 1 thru 8 = $15 per table(seats 35)
  Tables 9 thru 17 = $10 per table (seats 20)
Section C (Group picnic) Tables 1 thru 7 = $20 per table (seats 45)
Covered Picnic Area   = $15 per hour
Gazebo   = $15 per hour
Clean-up costs   = actual costs incurred

REDLANDS BOWL

 

Stage (outdoor area of Prosellis only) = $10 per hour
Prosellis (includes stage area) = $15 per hour
Bowl = $15 per hour
Park Attendant = $40 per hour
Clean-up costs = actual costs incurred
Clean-up deposit = $300 plus $50 per hour

AVICE MEEKER SEWALL THEATER

 

Apron = $10 per hour
Open Stage (includes apron) = $15 per hour
Park Attendant = $40 per hour
Clean-up costs = actual costs incurred
Clean-up deposit = $300 plus $50 per hour

 

GROUP 3 USERS
SCHEDULE OF FEES
RESERVATION OF PARK FACILITIES

 

 

The following fees are established for reservations and use of parks and park facilities and are paid by all GROUP 3 users.

 

ALL PARK AND FACILITY RESERVATIONS OR PERMITS

All reservations or permits for use by fifty or more persons, use of amplified sound, and use of alternative power

 

Reservation and/or Permit Fee = $41.00
Use of parks and park facilities by groups of persons  
     Use fee - groups up to 50 persons = $50.00
     Use fee - groups 51 to 150 persons = $100.00
     Use fee - groups 151 or more persons = $150.00
     Clean-up deposit - up to 50 persons = $100.00
     Clean-up deposit - 51 to 150 persons = $200.00
     Clean-up deposit - 151 or more persons = $300.00
